Thistle Wines are grown and produced in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  We use fruit from our vineyard in the Red Hills of Dundee, which is managed using organic methods.  The wines are handled with restraint in the cellar to capture the essence of the vineyard in each of our varietals.  We produce small lots of Chardonnay and Pinots Noir, Gris and Blanc.
